‘Coachella Is Over’- Eugenie Bouchard and Her Sister Written Back Home After Partying Hard

Eugenie Bouchard has been out of the tour for more than a year now. The Canadian last played at the Monterrey Open, injuring her right shoulder. Since then, Bouchard hasn’t played a professional circuit match. Recently she attended the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival alongside her sister, Beatrice Bouchard.

During the past week, Eugenie was in Coachella Valley. She was accompanied by her twin sister, Beatrice Bouchard. The sisters were in the valley to attend the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Being active on social media,  the two gave their followers a glimpse of their experience at the festival through Instagram posts and stories.

After having a fun-filled week, the two finally headed back from the valley yesterday. Despite enjoying themselves, they were sad as the film festival ended.

Heading their way back, Beatrice took to her Instagram, uploading a story. In the story, the two were seen in a car, feeling sad about going back. Expressing herself, Beatrice said, “Okay guys, Coachella is over…and we are sad.”

Eugenie reshared her sister’s story from her account, captioning it “ROUGHHH”.

Driving back from the valley, the two reached the Wynn Golf and Country Club in Las Vegas.

The much-awaited comeback of Bouchard

Eugenie Bouchard last played at the 2021 Monterrey Open suffering a first-round exit. Following that loss, she opened up about the torn subscapularis in her right shoulder. She was forced to undergo surgery for the same in June. As a result, missed the remainder of the 2021 season.

Recently, the former World No. 5 took to her social media handle, giving her fans a reason to rejoice as she gave a sneak peek into her comeback training. A few weeks back, she also played a few exhibition sets with Sofia Kenin and Alison Riske. However, the exact timeline of her comeback is still unknown.

It remains to be seen how Bouchard fares on the tour upon her comeback.
