Max Verstappen wins incident packed Emilia Romagna GP and LAPS 14th placed Lewis Hamilton as Norris snatches podium spot
MAX VERSTAPPEN converted his pole position in Imola to take the chequered flag first and hand Red Bull victory in Ferrari’s backyard.
On a disastrous day for Ferrari Carlos Sainz spun out and retired on the first lap, while Charles Leclerc also went off track late on.

A dramatic start to proceedings saw Sainz’s day ended within minutes off the off, while a lapse in concentration saw Leclerc squander a spot on the podium.
An impressive drive from Lando Norris saw the McLaren man come home in third for an excellent podium.
Lewis Hamilton’s woes continued, with the seven-time world champion crossing the line way down in 14th.
The 37-year-old Mercedes man was even LAPPED by Verstappen.
