Antonio Brown Responds to Floyd Mayweather’s $20 Million Offer
NFL star Antonio Brown is off-pitch. The former Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver is trying to return in the coming season under the wings of Floyd Mayweather. Recently, he reflected on ‘The Pretty Boy’s massive offer of $20 million.
Brown appeared in an episode of the podcast, ‘Off the Record’, where reflected on his NFL career, and responded to ‘Money’ Mayweather‘s offer.
Brown said, “I don’t think there’s never been a problem with me playing football. You know I’ve been playing this to be my 12th year, 11 year, so it was like I didn’t persevere at the adversity. Did everything I want me to do? Just in a situation where I’m telling the coach. I’m hurt. I can’t go and it’s like he pressed on, so we just backing ourselves in like yo. There’s an opportunity we got a couple of meeting with a couple of teams so really.”

Notably, Brown is running out of teams. His off-pitch controversies and dramatic end with Tampa Bay were the only highlights that made news headlines lately.

When the franchise in the NFL is not showing any interest in dealing with Brown, the boxing great Floyd Mayweather has so much trust in the 33-year-old that he is keen to risk $20 million.

Before the start of the 2022 season, ‘The Pretty Boy’ wanted to see Brown on any NFL team contract. Mayweather made this massive offer while talking to ‘The Pivot’ podcast. He put forth a condition to help his friend. He said, “If he mess up, then we’ve gotta give them $20million. So if any team want to match that, you know, reach out to us.”
