Kyrie Irving Bombarded New King of Twitter Elon Musk With Peculiar Question

Kyrie Irving, the Nets superstar, has always been an avid user of social media. And he has never shied away from expressing his views on social media about anything and everything. In the past, he has posted some cryptic stuff online on his Twitter profile.

He recently tweeted to Elon Musk asking about the future. Elon Musk has recently gained a controlling stake in Twitter and has made a public appeal to the management to buy Twitter all-together.

Kyrie’s future in doubt?

With the Brooklyn Nets down three games to zero down to Boston Celtics, there has been speculation about Kyrie’s future as a Brooklyn Net. Kyrie has a player option to become a free agent this season. And with the series unfolding as it is, sources report it would not be surprising if Kyrie opts out and becomes a free agent.

The Brooklyn Nets were the pre-season favorites to win the title but now are looking at an early exit. Even the coach Steve Nash’s future in doubt if the Nets get swept. The roster will also go through some sort of definite change after this season eventually gets over for them.

Kyrie – A disgruntled Superstar?

Ever since, Kyrie was traded from the Cleveland Cavaliers because he wanted to, things haven’t been necessarily great for him. His stoppage in Boston for two years was also not fruitful. He was hurt for one playoff series and didn’t play well in the other. He left Boston to team-up with Kevin Durant, but it hasn’t also panned out well. Out of three years of them being together, they are still to qualify beyond the second round of the series.

Kyrie Irving is still a box-office player, who can take over a game whenever he wants to. But he is yet to reach the NBA Finals without LeBron James. The next offseason will be a pivotal one for him and for the Brooklyn Nets, with potential future impact to be seen for both the parties involved.
