Dwayne Johnson Ribs His Buddy and Former WWE Writer After Fan Does the Unthinkable for the New York Mets

Dwayne Johnson knows how to motivate someone. His words, his energy, and his vibe is just about the whole package to get anyone up and running!

But, when he knows someone isn’t doing what they can, he’s going to call them out!

It so happened that a fan revealed that he’s doing a 8-mile walk for the World Series Walk for The Mets. And, it was The Rock’s infamous rap which kept him going.

Now, Johnson appreciated the fan and expressed his happiness for being able to help him. However, that did not stop him from asking former WWE writer Brian Gewirtz what he’s doing for The Mets.

Happy to help brother@bfg728 what the fuck are you doing for the Mets!!?! #WorldSeriesWalk #LGM

— Dwayne Johnson (@TheRock) April 27, 2022

Gewirtz supports The Mets, and now, Johnson wants him to step up his game to show similar support! It’s unknown if he’s actually doing anything like the fan, but he can’t escape Johnson’s questions!

Brian Gewirtz is now working with Seven Bucks Productions, and he will run into The Rock soon. He better have an answer for The People’s Champ!

Dwayne Johnson has often associated himself with other sports

While The Rock always wanted to play in The NFL but ended up in WWE, he has not looked away from being associated with basketball.

He has never pursued basketball professionally, but he has supported the game and the teams over the years. He has been closely aligned with some of the teams in terms of receiving an honor from them or imparting knowledge to the team about being a world champion.

Keeping aside basketball, The Rock has definitely aligned himself closely with football. Considering he couldn’t play in the NFL, he did the next best thing – he purchased the XFL to create an innovative league to advance the game that many love across the globe.

So far, Dwayne Johnson’s XFL has collaborated with the NFL to move forward with the goal of advancing the game. Additionally, XFL will eventually become a platform for those who missed the NFL cut by a slim margin.
