Joe Rogan Goes Berserk as He Finds Out Dwayne Johnson’s Involvement in Will Smith’s Slap at Chris Rock: “Just So Crazy”
Will Smith’s stunt at the Oscars 2022 is still creating waves on the internet. It appears everybody in the world has some kind of reaction to the outrageous move from the veteran Hollywood star. The UFC color commentator Joe Rogan on his JRE podcast has shared his thought on numerous occasions.
Recently, Joe Rogan had the Hawaiian legend, the MMA prodigy, and the OG of the fight game BJ Penn on the JRE MMA Show #123. The two were discussing Jamie Fox playing Mike Tyson; Penn then mentioned how Will Smith played Muhammad Ali in the past and did exceptional work.
Even Joe Rogan agreed with the former UFC dual champion. Rogan even said, “You can tell he did a lot of boxing. His hands look good.”
Upon hearing Rogan’s comment, The Prodigy quietly mentioned the Oscars fiasco and said, “Right, his hands looked good the other night.”

Both laughed at Penn’s comment and subsequently Rogan offered, “I think that needs some work. It didn’t even stagger Chris Rock”
Penn again shared another joke going around on the internet and said, “‘You know why he hit Chris Rock because it wasn’t the Rock.’”

Rogan had a good chuckle before wording a Vince McMahon-like dialogue, “There’s no chance in hell,” said Rogan. “That was just so crazy .”
It appeared Rogan believes Will Smith wouldn’t have followed the same incident if instead of Chris Rock, it was ‘The Rock‘ Dwayne Johnson.
Joe Rogan is not a fan of Will Smith getting away with such actions
The former Fear Factor host has previously condemned the Oscars for letting Will Smith stay on the show after his outrageous move. To add to it, Smith even won the Academy Award and went on the stage to accept the award.
Rogan had suggested during his conversation with former UFC heavyweight champion Josh Barnett that the Oscars didn’t handle the situation well.
Even while talking to Penn, Rogan stressed the same fact and said, “Such a crazy thing, to think you could get away with it.”
