Supernanny tells mums to stop posting pics of kids to social media and warns children’s mental health is at risk

PARENTS should devote more time to children rather than constantly snapping their activities for social media, TV’s Supernanny Jo Frost says.

The parenting expert warned: “There’s a big danger with wanting to take photographs of every moment.”

She added: “I don’t want mums to lose themselves in a virtual world.

“I need them grounded in the real world.

“That’s where the real memories are being made.”

Jo, 51, warned that children’s mental health could suffer.

She said on Hot Mess Mums Club podcast some children were taken to a park only once a week because their mum already had the photos they wanted.
