The mansion is located in the upscale Encino neighborhood, in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. Logan Paul had initially purchased the mansion for USD 6.6 million in 2017. And the selling price was a decent jump from his initial cost.

However, it was mentioned that Logan Paul initially wanted USD 9 million for the property.

The celebrated architect, Robert Byrd, initially designed the house in the 1970s. Another notable fact is that Byrd also designed the house at 10050 Cielo Drive, which was once the home of director, Roman Polanski, and actress, Sharon Tate.

A real estate tycoon and star of ‘Million Dollar Listing’, Ryan Serhant, once marveled at Logan Paul’s house.

Serhant had visited the property as a guest on Paul’s ‘Impaulsive’ podcast.

And, he even asked Paul if he wanted to sell the mansion. In response, Paul said, “I don’t know. Do you think it’s going to be hard now, all the s*** I did?”

Post the podcast, Paul proceeded to give Serhant a tour of the property.

The home features seven bedrooms and seven full bathrooms. This house was also heavily modified, with multiple additions according to Paul’s taste. The game room especially impressed Serhant. He said, “This is actually a sick room. Never even come in, because no one like just has time to play.”

The mansion also boasts of an impressive wine cellar that would even make seasoned wine experts will be jealous. In fact, Serhant perfectly summed up his thoughts on Paul’s mansion, saying, “It’s like a frat house.”

However, he also added that Paul should contact him if the house is listed on real estate.
