Stacey Solomon left feeling sick after family day out as she confesses ‘I’m so unfit’

STACEY Solomon admitted feeling “so unfit” after a day of family fun at a water park.

The mother-of-four headed to Aqua Action in Essex with fiancé Joe Swash and their brood of kids.

Stacey, 32, shared lots of fun videos of her kids and Joe enjoying the water slides and obstacle courses.

“Time for some bank holiday fun. The boys love this place so much and I haven’t been on for a couple of years because I was pregnant so I promised [I would soon],” she captioned the Instagram story.

“Joe loves it the most tbh.”

Stacey even gave the obstacles a shot herself before her oldest son, Zachary, 14, tackled her into the river.

“Zach has been waiting all year to get me in that lake. I can’t fight them off anymore as they’re too blooming big,” she revealed.

Stacey also showed off her first child Rex, two, in a wetsuit and said the look was “giving me life.”

Also at the water park was her son Leighton, nine, and seven-month-old daughter, Rose.

But Stacey was feeling worse for wear once they got back home and had to run a bath to recover.

 “All done and ready to go home. Can’t feel my legs anymore,” she wrote as the headed home and later confessed to fans: “I’m so unfit. I feel like I could throw up after that.”

Stacey took time out from wedding planning for the fun day at the water park after sharing a glimpse of her wedding dress options.

She took to her Instagram stories to reveal the stunning range of gowns she was going to choose from, but promised Joe was blocked from seeing them.

Stacey panned across to show off the six dresses she planned to choose from as they hung gracefully from hangers in her bedroom.

While the blush pink and off-white gowns seemed similar at a first glance with sheer bodices, each had a unique twist from a strapless embellished dress, to two featuring plunging necklines and sheer straps.

One dress option had a stunning floral embroidery across the tulle overlay.

“Good morning from some words I never imagined I’d be saying,” Stacey captioned the video before adding, “I’m picking my wedding dress today.”

Playing over Shania Twain’s You’re Still The One, Stacey made sure to clear up with fans that Joe could not see her Instagram stories.

“Joe is still away & I’ve hidden him from my stories don’t worry,” she assured fans.

The TV star, who is set to wed in July, got engaged to Joe after he proposed to her on Christmas Eve in 2020.
