Bellator head Scott Coker reacted to Bellator Public Relations, posting the news on their social handles.

“Collaboration,” wrote Coker on joining hands with the Eagle FC promotion.

Team Bellator earlier gave clarification about their fighter and wrote, “Islam Mamedov is still under contract with @BellatorMMA and we are happy to allow him to take a fight with @EagleFightClub.”
