Good Morning Britain fans all say the same thing as Boris Johnson finally agrees to go on the show to face Susanna Reid

BORIS Johnson is set to appear on Good Morning Britain tomorrow for the first time in almost five years.

Susanna Reid is heading to Downing Street and will come face to face with the Prime Minister – and fans of the show can’t believe it.

Susanna Reid will be interviewing Boris Johnson tomorrow

Susanna has been waiting almost five years to chat to Boris JohnsonRex

Those who have watched the show will know that Boris Johnson has been top of the interview list for a number of years, but he famously shunned former presenter Piers Morgan on a number of occasions.

Taking to Twitter to discuss the long awaited chat,  one person wrote: “OMG Boris Johnson is on #GMB tomorrow. He finally gave in did he after about 4 years .”

A second remarked: “Wow wow wow! @BorisJohnson on @gmb tomorrow and about time. “This will be one not to be missed, and guess what the only time I have to be in the office glad they got the best person to interview him.  @susannareid100 #GMB #BorisJohnson.”

While a third wrote: “I hope @susannareid100  starts the interview with @BorisJohnson tomorrow saying “Good morning Prime Minister, Thank you for coming out of the fridge to talk to us”. #gmb.”

Boris famously ducked inside a fridge while taking part in an early morning milk round to avoid chatting to Susanna and Piers back in 2019.

Last week Susanna wasn’t in the studio as she presented  live from the Polish-Ukrainian border of Medyka instead.

ITV‘s morning show has been fronted by Richard and show favourite Susanna Reid, 51, on Mondays to Wednesdays since before Christmas.

He took over the job as the main presenter alongside Susanna after the departure of Piers Morgan, who is about to start a new evening show on talkTV.

The other main presenters on Good Morning Britain are Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway.
