I’m 65 and cringe when my partner, 70, touches me – I’m too old for sex
DEAR DEIDRE: I CRINGE when my partner touches me.
He’s 70, I’m 65 and I’ve told him I’m too old for sex. But he still has a glint in his eye.

We met on a coach holiday for singles. He is retired, although I still work.
We live 100 miles apart and we meet when we can. We are chalk and cheese – while his place is cold and unwelcoming, he complains that mine is like an oven. I like to keep it warm.
He has just been diagnosed with a rare lung disease and has told me there’s nothing to live for.
He moans he has a long-distance girlfriend who doesn’t want sex – me.
I feel sorry for him but I don’t want to move in with him.
