Sophie Turner used the Met Gala 2022 red carpet to confirm her pregnancy news, with husband Joe Jonas.

The lovebirds, who share daughter Willa together, were rumored to be welcoming their second child together – but had remained tight-lipped over the speculation.

However, appearing at the star-studded ceremony – held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art – the expectant mom addressed the rumors while also unveiling her baby bump in style.

The Game of Thrones actress, 26, dressed her bump in a long-sleeved black, floor-length Louis Vuitton gown, complete with studded embellishments.

She cradled her stomach as she posed for pictures with Sucker singer Joe, 32, by her side in a white and lace blazer jacket and black trousers.

At one point, he proudly placed a protective hand over her bump before they made their way into the party together.

Sophie and Joe were first linked in 2016 and have kept their romance firmly behind closed doors ever since.

They tied the knot in a surprise ceremony in Las Vegas in 2019 and started their family the following year – but only confirmed their daughter’s arrival after she had already been born.

The rumormill was sent spinning with speculation that they would be adding to their family once again but – true to form – didn’t speak on the reports publicly.

The actress, who is set to appear in The Staircase very soon, gave a rare insight into motherhood in a new interview, explaining that giving birth had made her better at her day job.

‘It’s made me a better actor, becoming a mother,’ she told the Wrap.

‘Because as an actor, the only way to become a really brilliant actor is to experience as much life as possible and to bring those experiences in, and so this is just another little part of life that I’m experiencing, that I get to bring in, and hopefully it helps my performance one way or another.’

‘The concept of family has made me an entirely much more emotional person. The empathy is heightened; the feelings about family are just like overflowing.’
