‘Literally at the Starting Line’ – Serena Williams’ Husband Alexis Ohanian Shows Up at the Miami GP To Cheer for Friend Lewis Hamilton
Serena Williams and Alexis had little in common when it comes to sports when they met. Alexis hardly knew the world of tennis. However, it has been gradually revealed that Alexis himself is quite the sports lover. Not only does he invest in a women’s soccer team called Angel City FC, he is also a regular fixture in Serena’s box when she is playing a match.
Another sport that the couple must have bonded on is F1. They both share an admiration for Lewis Hamilton, who is their friend and supports Mercedes at the various races. The dynamic couple have been spotted at pit stops during races. Hamilton has a joint-record of seven World Drivers’ Championship titles.

Similarly, even Lewis Hamilton has been spotted at many of Serena’s matches in her box alongside Alexis Ohanian.

Alexis is quite active on social media. He posted about being at the Miami Grand Prix on Twitter and also show the world how he is enjoying himself. He posted about the spot from where he was being able to see the match and also clicked a picture close to the starting line.

When someone asked who his pick will be for this season, he replied that he will always choose Lewis Hamilton. Given Hamilton’s current form, some fans have also mentioned that Alexis should bring them some luck.
Ohanian can expect wife Serena Williams to attend the Miami GP
Coming to Serena Williams, the legendary American has been out of the circuit for quite some time now. At a recent interaction with Aaron Rodgers, Serena hinted at a possible comeback at this year’s Wimbledon. This is exciting news indeed for all her countless fans, waiting for her return to court with bated breath.

The last elite level match Serena had played was at the first round at the Wimbledon last year, where she was forced to retire midway into the first set. Playing against Aliaksandra Sasnovich, she sustained a hamstring injury. Now it remains to be seen if she can manage to return at her best level whenever she decides to return.
