PRINCE Charles is currently delivering the Queen’s Speech in Parliament after Her Majesty was forced to pull out.

The Sun can reveal that the Queen, 96, made the tough decision not to attend due to her difficulties walking, sparking fresh health fears.

Prince Charles, 72, is currently delivering the speech at Parliament – the first true glimpse of what life will be like when he becomes king.

This is the first time in 59 years that the Queen has failed to attend the State Opening of Parliament.

Last month the Queen pulled out of an Easter event at St George’s Chapel in Windsor over health concerns and has withdrawn from numerous other events in recent months.
