Paul Pogba transfer odds: Juventus favourites after making ‘first move’, Man City & Newcastle in the mix, Liverpool 66/1James AndersonThe Sun

PAUL POGBA looks set to depart Manchester United on a free transfer this summer for the second time.

And there’s no shortage of interest in the Frenchman with several of Europe’s biggest sides vying for his signature.

PSG and Man City are favourites to sign Paul Pogba, according to BetfairGETTY

The midfielder has spent eight seasons at Old Trafford over two spells.

He’s scored 39 goals and provided 51 assists in 233 appearances in all competitions.

However, he’s only managed to win the Europa League and Carabao Cup during his time with the club.

Now injured, it looks as though Pogba’s brief eight-minute appearance against Liverpool in April was his last for the club.

The World Cup winner looks to have no interest in extending his contract and, barring a late U-turn, will leave on a free when his deal expires in June.

But WHO are favourites for his signature?

Bookmakers Betfair believe Juventus are frontrunners at odds of 6/4.

Sky Sports claim that the Italian giants ‘have made the first move’ by inviting Pogba’s agent, Rafaela Pimenta, to Turin for discussions.

Pimenta is looking after Pogba’s affairs after the passing of former agent Mino Raiola in April.

French champions PSG are next at 9/4 having been the odds-on favourites at 4/5 a few weeks ago.

Reports suggest that Mauricio Pochettino’s side have offered Pogba a lucrative financial package to join, and remain in contact with Pogba’s representatives.

A shock switch to the blue half of Manchester with Pep Guardiola’s City is the next most likely scenario at 6/1.

The Athletic claim Pogba was a genuine candidate to replace Fernandinho at the Etihad Stadium, but the player rejected the opportunity.

Spanish heavyweights Real Madrid and Barcelona are offered at 9/1 and 14/1 respectively.

Newcastle and Inter Milan are locked together at 33/1, while Liverpool are the outsiders at a bumper 66/1.
