Boohoo’s Bye Bra is £18

THIS one could lift my breast up a bit more, and it’s a bit of a faff to put on.

The idea is that you put the bottom half of the sticker on the underneath of your breast, before pulling the top half (along with your boob) up – sticking it to where you would like it to sit.

I don’t think I’d spend £18 on this, it doesn’t seem worth it. Also, within five minutes of me putting the first bit of tape on, my boob had already dropped.

If you do manage to get them to stick to you the first time around, I highly doubt you’d get another wear out of them.

It was also very sticky to take off, not great for sensitive skin.

THE instructions are confusing and the pads are big to put on yourself, which makes it tricky to get them into the right place.

But I love that they are based on what cup size you are, catering for all shapes.

They are not reusable but there are four pieces, which means two uses per pack. And I could definitely see a difference when I compared the boob with one on to the one without.

The downside? The pieces started to curl at the top. In the instructions there are tips on how to prep your skin, which I would take into consideration more next time.

Sticky, but they were super-easy to remove.

BREAST LIFT TAPE, BOUX AVENUE — £18, 2.5/5

Boux Avenue’s Breast Lift Tape took a lot of effort to put on and didn’t stay for long

AT first, these felt like they made a massive difference.

And I really liked the concept of one large piece of tape underneath your breast, with three tabs above that folded into each other and lifted.

However, it was a lot of effort putting them on and they didn’t stay for long. Plus, the three tabs actually creased over themselves, which meant that if you were wearing something thin, or fitted, you would be able to see the lines underneath.

They also seemed quite big and covered my whole breast, so if you’re in something revealing, the plaster-like shade will be on show.

GAME CHANGER LIFT AND SHAPE BRA, NOOD — £44, 5/5

Nood’s Game Changer Lift and Shape Bra didn’t slip down, was extremely supportive and felt comfortable

THE first thing I noticed about these was that they were marked with L and R, to distinguish which pad went where. Simple, but it makes a difference.

The packaging was really well designed and informative, plus they had a very helpful size chart to let you know which size to buy.

They didn’t slip down, were extremely supportive and felt comfortable.

They also have different shades for all skin tones. You can cut them depending on what you are wearing, so they won’t show.

These are a lot more expensive at £44. But for that, you get five sets, which works out at £8.80 per pair.

I was really surprised at just how stretchy Booby Tape was

I WAS really surprised at just how stretchy this tape was.

It is also super-versatile, because you can wear it all kinds of ways depending on what your outfit is like.

And it was really easy to put on – although you do need a pair of scissors to cut the tape. The tape itself is also very lightweight and although it went over my shoulders, it felt comfortable and secure.

Because it was so light and flexible, I was a little worried that it wouldn’t make much difference, but it did.

I probably didn’t need a second line of tape but I used it anyway, just for good measure.

UNLIKE Booby Tape, Perky Pear does not suggest putting the tape over your shoulders.

One big plus is that the packaging offers clear instructions on how to wear the tape in all different ways, depending on your outfit.

I decided to go for the across-the-bust tape method, which I thought would not only lift but also create more cleavage too.

It was really sticky but it worked well to keep my boobs in place.

I only used a short amount of tape. But even then, it worked a treat and my boobs felt secure and in place.
