Step 2

Take your hoop or bangle and place it underneath your dress, placed on your waist, hip or thigh (where ever needs pulling in to make your dress fit) and hold onto it.

Step 3

Pull the fabric around the hoop or bangle so it gives you your desired fit. Remember not too tight otherwise you won’t be able to get it off or back on.

Step 4

Using a hair elastic, secure the fabric around the jewellery in place. You should have a pleated or ruched effect.

Step 5

Turn the dress back outside out again and you’ll have a stylish, tailored looking frock.
