Liam Gallagher is set to claim his fourth UK number one album with C’Mon You Know which would see his success match that of feuding brother Noel.
The former Oasis front man, 49, previously topped the charts in 2017 with album As You Were, and with Why Me? Why Not in 2019.
If his newest album lands top chart success too, it would see him tie with brother Noel, whose 2011 album Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, 2015’s release Chasing Yesterday, and Who Built The Moon in 2017 all reached the top spot.
The pair would be level on 10 UK number one albums each, after landing seven with Oasis.
The Gallagher brothers have been embroiled in a feud since the band split in 2009, prompted by a backstage brawl at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris.
Fans have long hoped for a reunion; however, in 2020 Liam said Noel had turned down £100 million to re-form the band for a tour.

Liam, who recently revealed he is to have an operation on his ‘bashed up’ hips – but not until after his Knebworth gigs this summer, where he’s teased ‘high kicks like Jagger’ – recently got into a Twitter spat with former footballer Jamie Carragher.
The ever-modest singer took the time to tell the former Liverpool defender that ‘Oasis p**s all over the Beatles’ after starting some online argy-bargy with the Sky Sports pundit, which saw Carragher tell him that Oasis were ‘shite compared to the Beatles’.
Meanwhile, Noel was busy keeping it calm after accidentally getting headbutted by Ruben Dias’ dad during Manchester City’s Premier League trophy win last weekend, ending up with two black eyes.

Elsewhere in the charts, Harry Styles is hoping to continue his chart success after topping the UK album and singles charts with his third album Harry’s House.
The Grammy award-winning singer is set to secure his ninth consecutive week at the top of the single’s chart with As It Was, having become the longest-running number one single of the year.
