Love Island 2022 star Indiyah Polack has opened up about being a ‘player’, insisting it’s going to take the right person to get her to ‘change her ways’.

The hotel waitress is headed to the villa very soon and we could not be more ready.

Asked about the newly released video, which sees her declare herself a ‘female player’, Indiyah explained to Metro.co.uk and other press: ‘I think it will take the right person for me to tone it down and change my ways but what you see with me in real life is what you’re gonna see in the villa.

‘Depending on who you are and how you make me feel, if I feel like you’re good enough, if I feel like you’re the right person for me to change my ways then maybe I will.’

The 23-year-old added: ‘You’ll see when I get in there but I think [I’m going to bring] a lot of vibes, a lot of energy. I feel like I’m an easy-going, easy to talk to kind of person so depending on who I talk to, they might bring out my spicy side!’

As for what she’s looking for in there, she explained: ‘I love a romantic man, someone that’s romantic, easy-going, funny, energetic.’

And one past islander definitely caught her eye.

‘I feel like maybe Ovie [Soko] because I love how he’s chill and calm and easy-going and that chilled energy, I love that in a guy,’ she reflected, quickly adding: ‘And he’s got tattoos.’

But if she’s not someone’s type on paper, she’s not too bothered.

‘At the end of the day, if you don’t pick me, it’s not my loss, it’s yours,’ Indiyah added.

‘I’m there to find the love of my life, to have fun, and if you don’t pick me, you’re not the love of my life.’
