Charlie Puth has revealed the surprising thing that helps him improve his music – being aroused.
The Light Switch singer explained in a recent interview that he has to be in a ‘really’ frisky mood in order to get his creativity flowing and he hopes his music has the same effect on his listeners.
The 30-year-old shared all about his sex life after comic Sarah Schauer called him ‘incredibly horny on TikTok’ on Twitter, adding that ‘if someone doesn’t f**k him soon, I fear the worst.’
In response, he joked to Bustle: ‘I think I actually had sex that night when I saw that. Wow, people really do understand me.
‘I’m really horny. I think to be a creative, you have to be a little bit.’
Charlie also went into graphic details about the music that has turned him on in the past, which included Maroon 5’s This is Love.

He admitted that he told his now good friend and the frontman of the band, Adam Levine about what he got up to when listening to the song.
He explained: ‘The first song I ever jerked off to was f**king This Love by Maroon 5. Now I’m good friends with Adam Levine. [I told him] and he was like, “That’s really weird.”
The singer is also rumoured to have a clip of himself having an orgasm in his hit single Cheating on You.

Charlie also opened up about his previous relationships and disclosed that he lost his virginity at 21 after one of his shows in Boston.
He recalled the encounter with the girl for the interview: ‘This girl came up to me and was like, “Can you sign my chest?” I was like, I feel like a rock star. I never saw her again.
‘She was lovely, but it makes me sad sometimes because I wish the older version of me was like, “Hey, you might want to just make this like a little more memorable”.’
