Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry has expressed her utter devastation after being forced to leave a flight to Los Angeles, breaking down in tears in a series of videos shared on social media.

On Instagram – where the reality star boasts 3.8million followers – she excitedly shared posts on her story in the lead-up to her trip to LA, which she explained was for a work opportunity.

Chloe and her boyfriend, Johnny Wilbo, made it onto the aircraft, as she shared a video of her legs stretched out in front of her in her business class seat, just below her TV screen.

However, shortly afterwards she revealed that they were back in the airport, as the couple didn’t have the visas needed to get into the country.

‘We get the flight, everything going nice. We haven’t got the visas. We’re sat here. Just my luck,’ she said to the front-facing camera.

‘I’m actually crying, I’m crying with devastation. I’m one woman with a lot of bad luck.’

What made matters even worse was that Johnny paid for an upgrade on the flight, as Chloe revealed that he’d be unable to get his money back.

Despite not being able to hold back her tears, Chloe still tried to keep her spirits high, saying ‘I need to laugh’ after the flight took off minutes prior.

‘Obviously we weren’t on it. We’re in one of the biggest airports in the world. We don’t have a clue where our suitcases are. The suitcases are probably on the flight to LA,’ she remarked.

Rubbing even more salt into the wound, Chloe explained that she left her family holiday three days early so she could make it to LA – meaning she could have just stayed with her relatives the entire time.

Plus, one of her good friends was celebrating their birthday abroad with pals, another trip she was missing out on.

In a further update, Chloe said that when she tried to get a flight to go to her friend’s birthday, but someone had taken Johnny’s seat on the flight.

‘You’ve got to laugh, haven’t you?’ Chloe said, as Johnny chimed in to add: ‘I’m not even upset anymore.’

‘One of those days where everything goes wrong. Don’t know what to do. Thought I’d be going for an amazing holiday to LA, best opportunity I’ve ever got,’ Chloe shared.

In another post, she said that she had ‘massive FOMO’ after missing out on her friend’s birthday trip.

As she and Johnny headed to a hotel near the airport, she tried to look on the brighter side by saying they’d be having steak for dinner.

While she initially claimed the thought made her feel better, she quickly admitted that wasn’t actually the case.
