Abi took to TikTok to complain after receiving the shoes, which were broken and covered in someone else’s hair.
“Literally just opened these,” Abi wrote over the clip.
“WTF are you playing at Shein? How did you ever let these through quality control?”
As well as the soles being more than a little worn, the straps at the front had broken – rendering them unwearable.

“Not only have they clearly been WELL worn, they’re literally broken and unwearable,” she added.
Abi also wrote in the caption: “Literally thick brown hairs all over too.
“What scum even returned these in that state? Vile.”
Some people in the comments section insisted Abi shouldn’t have expected more for a pair of cheap shoes.

“Shein dont have quality control either, you order, they make it then it ships, most of their inv is made to order.”
But Abi hit back: ‘Bruh idc if my shoes are a fiver or £1000 I do not expect to open them worn, broken and literal sweat dirt and hair to be on them – no excuse.”
“Tbf shien shoes are like £15-£30 especially heels like those, I wouldn’t have expected them to be in that bad of a condition tbf,” another added.
Others recalled their own similar experiences with SHEIN products, with one writing: “I had a t -shirt hardly finished being made .. inside out and screwed up like a garbage bag.
“Dungarees also buttons fell off.”
And when someone accused Abi of staging the TikTok video, one person commented: “Do you not believe her that it happened? it’s happened to me, unreal.
“Then they said send back or keep, they offered a 10% refund not good enough.”

“They better give me a full refund or I’ll be having words,” Abi responded.
