When is Glastonbury 2022?

The festival will be back at Worthy Farm this June, with campers arriving on June 22 and leaving on June 27, while most of the music will take place on June 24, 25, and 26.

This will be the first time the festival has taken place since 2019 with both 2020 and 2021’s events being cancelled due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Can you still buy tickets to Glastonbury?

Following the resales of cancelled and refunded tickets for Glastonbury 2022 in March 2022, tickets for this year’s Festival are now sold out.

Fans who had tickets for 2020’s cancelled event have been able to roll over their passes twice due to the festival having to be postponed.

Organisers Michael and Emily Eavis previously said: ‘As with last year, we would like to offer all those who secured a ticket in October 2019 the opportunity to roll their £50 deposit over to next year, and guarantee the chance to buy a ticket for Glastonbury 2022.

‘We are very appreciative of the faith and trust placed in us by those of you with deposits, and we are very confident we can deliver something really special for us all in 2022.’

When can you watch Glastonbury coverage on TV?

Once again, live coverage of Glastonbury will be aired across BBC TV, radio and iPlayer for the duration of the festival.

TV coverage will include all of the Pyramid Stage headliners as in previous years, with Olivia Rodrigo and Paul McCartney’s Saturday night sets both being shown on BBC One – marking the first time a main headliner’s set will have been shown on the channel.

BBC One will also be airing Diana Ross’ appearance on the Legends stage, which is due to take place on the Sunday afternoon of the festival.

BBC Two is set to show Billie Eilish and Kendrick Lamar’s headline performances, with other acts including Elbow, Jessie Ware, Lorde, Years and Years and Noel Gallagher’s High-Flying Birds.

You can also expect coverage on BBC Three – who will air Charli XCX, Glass Animals, YUNGBLUD and Little Simz’s sets, while viewers to BBC Four can expect to catch the likes of Kacey Musgraves and Arlo Parks.

You’ll also be able to catch a range of specials and coverage on 6Music.
