WWE superstar Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins moved on from Cody Rhodes on Raw by qualifying for the Men’s Money In The Banks Ladder Match.
The Visionary was looking to put his rivalry with the American Nightmare behind him one week after decimating his injured foe – who could miss up to nine months of action after tearing his pectoral tendon off the bone in the build-up to Hell In A Cell – with a sledgehammer.
On Monday night, Rollins sat down for an interview attempted to justify his actions during a sit-down chat with Kevin Patrick, and even blamed Cody himself for what went down.
He suggested it was time for him to move on now he has driven Rhodes away from the red brand, and the chat interview was interrupted by AJ Styles, who slapped the former world champion in the face ‘for Cody’.
They would later meet in a stunning match with the winner advancing to Money In The Bank, and it’s Rollins who picked up the clean victory with a sunset flip.
It’s no surprise these two put together something special, and seeing Seth get a solid win after three premium live event losses to Rhodes (WrestleMania 38, WrestleMania Backlash and Hell In A Cell) was the right call.
Elsewhere in the show, there was also a qualifier for the Women’s Money In The Bank match, as Alexa Bliss and Liv Morgan beat Doudrop and Nikki A.S.H. to book both their tickets to the high stakes bout.
Once again, Bliss and Morgan showed great chemistry as partners here, and if WWE had decided to actually crown new Women’s Tag Team Champions they’d have been the perfect duo to rebuild the titles.
Elias will return from the dead, Veer Mahaan decimates Rey Mysterio and Becky Lynch destroys Dana Brooke
The show kicked off with Paul Heyman appearing on Miz TV as the host hyped up Money In The Bank and its championship implications, while Heyman focused on the Tribal Chief’s Undisputed WWE Universal Title defence against Riddle on Friday.
The Original Bro came down to hype up his chances later this week, but there are added stakes as he found out that a loss means he can never challenge for the title as long as Roman is champ.
The Usos and the Street Profits both came out, which led to Jimmy Uso sneaking a win over Montez Ford in a cracking opening match.

Later, Becky Lynch came out to face Dana Brooke for the 24/7 Title in a rematch from last week, but instead utterly decimated the champ.
She showed real fury here, and insisted it was never about the title before Asuka charged out and sparked a brawl between the bitter rivals.
In a fun rematch from Hell In A Cell, Ezekiel managed to beat Kevin Owens by count out, before revealing his brother Elias will somehow return next week for a one-off concert.

It will be legitimately fascinating to see how WWE manages to pull this one off.
Elsewhere, MVP beat Cedric Alexander with ease, while Riddle picked up some momentum with a win in a fun sprint against Ciampa, who deserves better presentation on Raw.
The Judgement Day – Finn Balor, Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley – would interrupt a promo from Bianca Belair, explaining their decision to boot Edge from the group as Rhea hyped her upcoming title match against the EST at Money In The Bank.

Chad Gable beat Mustafa Ali thanks to a distraction from Otis in a fun but meaningless bout, and Veer Mahaan destroyed Rey Mysterio.
Finally, the main event segment was a pose-off between United States Champion Theory and his rival Bobby Lashley, with the All Mighty getting a predictable win.
The champ then blinded him with baby oil and hit a big dropkick, standing tall in a baffling choice to end the show.
WWE Raw airs Monday nights at 1am on BT Sport 1.
