Amazon Prime members will be able to claim 30 free games on Prime Day and an extra 25 indie titles on top of that, over the next month.

Traditionally, Prime Day has never had much in the way of bargains for video games, but it looks like this year things are going to be different, if you’re already an Amazon Prime member.

This year’s Amazon Prime Day takes place from July 12 to 13 and it’s been announced that over 50 games in total will be given away for free over the next two months.

30 of those will be made available over Prime ‘Day’ itself, including notable games such as Mass Effect Legendary Edition, GRID Legends, Need For Speed Heat, and Star Wars: Jedi Academy, Jedi Outcast, and Republic Commando.

There’s also 25 additional indie games what will be made available from between Tuesday, June 21 and July 13 and those include some well-known titles too.

The rest of the bigger name games haven’t been unveiled yet but will presumably be revealed closer to the big day(s).

Amazon has been pushing its Prime Gaming promotions more and more in recent months and while the PC-only offerings still aren’t quite up there with other services, and the likes of Epic Games Store, there are still some good freebies to be had.

June’s batch of games, for example, includes Far Cry 4, Escape From Monkey Island, Astrologaster, Across The Grooves, Calico, and WRC 8 FIA World Rally Championship.

There’s more information on all the offers at the Prime Gaming blog.
