Eddie Hall has revealed some of his wildest fan requests from people asking for his underwear to people wanting the strongman to literally break their bones.

The former World’s Strongest Man is a recognisable face across the global and while he knows fame has given him a lot in life, he admitted there are some moments that give him pause for thought.

He exclusively told Metro.co.uk: ‘Over the years, you’ve had some f**king really weird people reach out trying to buy your underwear, wanting me to crush them and beat them up and break their ribs and all sorts!

‘You have to stay away from those people.’

Of course, it’s not all bad, and he knows his career has given him the chance to travel the world and meet some amazing people.

‘The fans are great, it’s great to have such avid fans,’ he added. ‘I mean, fame’s good in a way because obviously there’s lots of pluses from it. I get a great career, I get to go places and do things most people wouldn’t even f**king dream of.’

However, life in the spotlight certainly has its drawbacks for someone as instantly recognisable Eddie, who pointed to the attention he gets when he’s just trying to enjoy some family time.

‘There’s a lot of negatives. Going with my family for a day out, you get pestered for pictures and autographs. There’s a time and a place for things,’ he explained.

‘When I go to these events and I’m on my own, that’s what I’m there for and I like to give back for the fans. There’s definitely some f**king weirdos, there’s definitely some nice people, and there’s definitely some people that just don’t know the boundaries.’

Family is important to Eddie, and he has revealed he’s trying to enjoy some rare downtime following his boxing match against Hafþór ‘Thor’ Bjornsson back in March.

He told us: ‘I’m taking some time for myself. It was quite a hard point after the fight. I’ve got lots to be grateful for. I’ve got an amazing family around me, a great career ahead of me.

‘I’m just taking some time for myself right now – getting back to basics, getting back to TV shows, getting back to my YouTube, and spending time with family.

‘I’ve neglected them for f**k knows how many years, so spending more time with my wife and kids, and then when I think I’m in a good place I’ll evaluate what’s next.’
