Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu is set to have some big decisions to make in Wednesday’s episode of Love Island as a recoupling looms.
A teaser trailer at the end of Tuesday night’s show revealed that the contestants will have to choose who they wish to couple up with going forward, and the decisions will be in the hands of the girls.
At the end of the show, Ekin-Su was seen reading out a text and telling the Islanders: ‘Tonight there will be a recoupling in which the girls will choose which boys they want to couple up with, #girlsontop #bigchickenergy’.
Davide Sanclimenti, who Ekin-Su was previously coupled up with and whose heart rate she got racing in the lap dance challenge, was the first to break the tension, commenting: ‘You’ve got the power tonight, Ekin!’
Jay Younger was seen looking nervous as he added: ‘It really stems on Ekin tonight,’ while Charlie Radnedge, who Ekin-Su is currently paired up with, also looked on in concern.
After having a moment earlier in the show with Davide, Ekin-Su appeared torn over who to choose and was heard saying: ‘I don’t know, I just don’t know.’

Earlier in the show, Charlie had failed to impress the girls of the villa with his awkward lap dance during the challenge, resorting to doing The Worm while dressed as a waiter.
He had also struggled to rip off his trousers during his performance, taking two goes to get the breakaway bottoms off, before gyrating in front of the girls.
Viewers have also been obsessed with Davide and Ekin-Su’s ‘enemies to lovers’ story arc after seeing them getting closer again.
Fans tweeted: ‘Davide and Ekin-Su is a real love story,’ and ‘they loved each other, tried to kill each other now they can cause chaos together.’
‘Seriously rooting for Davide and Ekin sue [sic] enemies to lovers pls,’ commented another.
Love Island airs weekdays from 9pm on ITV2.
