Can’t get enough of Love Island? Well, the all-consuming dating show is rather addictive.
It’s eight weeks of pure escapism, watching 20-something singletons clad in swimwear lounge in a Majorcan villa, all the while hooking up, breaking up and making up.
Perhaps you’re a casual viewer, but still keen to get the real behind-the-scenes gossip from newly-departed Islanders?
Yeah, OK, there is Love Island: After Sun for all that – but there’s also a Love Island podcast called The Morning After to dive into.
So, just how can you listen to it, and when do new episodes come out?

Love Island: The Morning After podcast is available on Apple Podcasts.
If you prefer, you can listen in on Acast, Spotify, the Love Island app and on various other podcast platforms.
Episodes are released in the mornings, Monday to Saturday, and discuss the previous night’s episode. So, you’ll have a juicy six episodes per week, each lasting around 25 to 40 minutes.
Of course, there are plenty of fan-made Love Island discussion podcasts out there, but this one is ITV’s official offering.
Who are the hosts of the Morning After podcast?
The hosts of The Morning After are none other than previous Islander Kem Cetinay and broadcaster Arielle Free.

Since winning Love Island season three in 2017, now 26-year-old Kem has gone on to become a recognisable TV personality – recently appearing in Celebrity MasterChef and Soccer Aid 2022.
He’s also teamed up with Primark to launch his own menswear collection, plus a grooming brand called KemCuts.
Kem has been hosting the show’s official podcast since 2018, alongside DJ Arielle.
The Scottish star, 34, has never been a contestant in the villa, but she’s long been working as a radio DJ and TV host, having previously presented kids’ show Scrambled! on CITV.

Interestingly, Arielle also appeared as a Beauxbatons student in 2006 film Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
She’s perhaps best known as a BBC Radio 1 presenter, hosting the early weekend breakfast show since 2019.
Joining the pair on their podcast are a range of guests, from dumped Islanders including Ikenna Ekwonna and Amber Beckford, to relationship expert Annabelle Knight.
But the two hosts get on famously well, as Arielle told Metro.co.uk back in 2018: ‘Me and Kem are getting on like a house on fire. I’m kind of like his auntie, or an older sister that’s not very cool.’
