As if Love Island 2022 couldn’t be any more dramatic, it’s time for Casa Amor to shake things up on the show.

This year it’s the turn of the girls to head off to the infamous second villa, where they were introduced to six new boys – Ronan Keating’s son Jack among them – aiming to tempt them away from their current partners, and win status as an Islander.

The boys they left behind won’t be lonely either, with six new girls on the way to keep them company.

But how long can we expect the twist to last?

How long is Casa Amor on for?

Love Island bosses haven’t revealed yet how long the girls will be enjoying their stay in Casa Amor.

However, in previous series of the show, the Islanders have stayed there for about four days before they have to decide whether to recouple with a new contestant or stick with their original partner – with any newcomers who aren’t chosen dumped from the island.

So, if past series of the show are anything to go by, the drama of the big return and re-coupling should go down at the end of this week.

Will Ekin-Su remain with Davide as they grow closer, or will she have her head turned by a new partner? How will Gemma react when she discovers there’s another celebrity offspring in the villa?

And what will happen back at the main house when the new girls make their debut?

We’ll just have to keep watching to see how it all unfolds.

Love Island airs every night on ITV2 at 9pm, with Love Island: Unseen Bits on Saturdays at 9pm
