Hollywood and music royalty has gathered in County Limerick with Niall Horan, Jamie Dornan and Bill Murray joining the JP McManus Pro-Am golf competition.
The two day golf competition got underway today in Ireland and two of the country’s biggest stars made their debuts as the Pro-Arm returns for the first time in 12 years.
The celebrities seemed to be in great spirits as the action kicked off, with Niall, Jamie and Bill appearing alongside the likes of Rory McIlry and Tiger Woods.
The trio – who are all big golf fans – could be seen beaming and posing for selfies with fans, and enjoying the action as they chatted together in between shots.
Niall and Jamie kept things relatively casual for the day, while Bill was spotted in a full ensemble including matching salmon pink shorts and a shirt, a baby blue fleece, gloves and a navy hat.
Speaking to Virgin Media Sport during the game, Jamie joked: ‘It’s a nightmare. It’s just not what you are used to doing, playing golf in front of people, you know. So, as long as you get the first tee shot away, it’s all that we really care about.’

Despite his nerves, Jamie described it as an ‘incredible honour’ to take part with a crowd of around 40,000 people looking on.
‘I mean, ten of the top 11 in the world are here, but that’s the influence and the power of JP, he’s [a] magnanimous, brilliant, generous person and everyone loves him and he’s been very good to us,’ he said.
‘I think we are all very aware of how fortunate we are to be here.’

The event was launched back in 1990 by Irish businessman McManus with the goal of raising money for charities in Ireland.
Two competitions run alongside each other over the two days, with the pros playing in a 36-hole stroke play contest, and each of them h as three amateurs to join them in the team event.
Niall added: ‘It’s incredible, as Jamie said, ten out of the top 11 in the world are here, it’s insane.
‘If it all goes wrong, at least we can say we played in a tournament with Tiger Woods, but yeah, the crowds, it’s scary. I’ve played in a fair few Pro-Ams, but this is different level…
‘Legendary actors like Bill Murray coming across to play in this, again it shows how loving and great JP has been to everyone… It just adds that different level of star power to it and brings the crowds out…’
