Bra expert Jennifer Warnes recently took to TikTok to explain what the uni-boob is and what you should do to avoid it.

“A wired style is definitely going to give you the best separation, the whole purpose of a wired style is to separate and lift.”

But if you can’t stand the thought of being jabbed in the ribs with the wire of your bra all day, you’re not alone – there’s another option.

Jennifer recommended looking for bras that still have structure to them, this could be lounge or sport style bras with extra fabric in the cup area.

She explained that this extra room means your boobs “don’t get smushed together.”

Something with separate cups will also look batter than styles that only have one piece of fabric for both boobs.

Jennifer added: “It’s not an issue to be insecure about at all!

“Some people don’t like the feeling as a preference as it can be uncomfortable and sweaty for some.”

Viewers loved the advice though, one said: “I hate the feeling of mine touching, can’t stand it!”

Whilst another joked: “And here mine are estranged!”
