Viewers have been left disappointed again after a new image was released of upcoming Disney Plus series She-Hulk: Attorney At Law.

The series, based on the Marvel comic, stars Orphan Black icon Tatiana Maslany and had initially been hugely anticipated by fans of the MCU.

But as stills and trailers began to be released of the upcoming series, many were left confused by what they saw as lacklustre CGI, some complaining the visual effects appeared ‘rough’.

The studio insisted the VFX would be upgraded, but now a new still from She-Hulk has been released, and fans still aren’t happy.

Featuring Tatiana in-character as Jennifer Walters, the snap shows Jen stepping out in a sparkling silver dress, her skin the green shade associated with the iconic character.

Entertainment outlet Empire shared the exclusive new snap to social media, and Twitter users quickly flocked to the comment section to share their – often pessimistic – thoughts.

‘I see no improvements. Still has trash CGI and VFX effects,’ one disappointed person wrote.

‘Does it look better, I’m confused?’ another said.

One fan compared the new still with a shot from Spider-Man: No Way Home, suggesting there had been a drop in quality of CGI and special effects.

Another said: ‘People do complain a lot over nothing but this is different people actually have a right to complain about how it looks because it looks terrible.

‘It looks like the after scene credit of the unfinished hulk (sic).’

‘I feel bad for marvel’s vfx workers,’ one said, while another suggested that ‘She Hulk is just cringier version of fiona from shrek(sic).’

Some defended the effects however, with one writing the new look is ‘more polished and generally a lot better.’

Another said the CGI was great’ and suggested people just find it ‘weird’ because She-Hulk still looks human, unlike counterpart Bruce Banner.

The upcoming series tells the story of lawyer Jen, who wants an anonymous life before she’s thrust into the spotlight when she receives a blood transfusion from cousin Bruce, aka The Hulk – making her turn into the She-Hulk.

Jennifer is a lawyer who specialises in cases involving superhumans, which hits especially close to home after she turns into one herself.
