‘Missing’ Love Island star hits back after ‘not being shown on screen’ during Casa Amor-Meghna Amin-Entertainment – Metro

Love Island star Jazmine Nichol has hit back after claims she went ‘missing’ during her stint on Casa Amor.
The 21-year-old bombshell arrived to the villa with five other girls to stir things up and tempt the original six boys.
Three of the girls, Summer, Coco, and Chyna, were picked during the recoupling by Dami Hope, Andrew Le Page and Jay Younger, leaving the remaining three dumped from the villa.
However, viewers were concerned for Jazmine even before the dumping, after spotting that she barely appeared during the Casa Amor episodes, and some complaining about her lack of airtime on screen.
Having returned back from Mallorca, Jazmine took to Instagram to address the ‘missing’ claims, taking to her Instagram stories to say: ‘Hi guys it’s Jaz I’m back!
‘Just want to say a huge thank you for all of the love and support I’ve seen so far.
‘I’m so overwhelmed with all the lovely messages I’ve seen and the funny memes!
‘I’m excited for all of you to see my personality that was not shown on screen and the Jaz that the villa saw, this is only the start.’
She later responded to a fan’s question about why she was ‘barely shown’, writing: ‘I have no control over the final edit for the show! However they had to fit 24 people into 1 hour so it’s important to remember that.

‘I certainly didn’t stop talking and laughing with everyone though or doing silly dances though,’ she added.
Jazmine’s comments come after fans had questioned her disappearance during Casa Amor.
One person wrote: ‘Missing Jazmine Nichol!! Has anyone seen this girl? Last spotted entering a Villa in Majorca and talking about Paprika crisps. If anyone sees or hears from her inform @itv2.’
During her time in Casa Amor, Jazmine’s family who were running her social media accounts even commented on her lack of air time, writing: ‘Patiently waiting to see more of Jaz on our screens tonight.’

As well as commenting on Jasmine’s lack of air time, Love Island fans were quick to notice Jack Keating, Ronan Keating’s son, wasn’t shown as much during Casa Amor either.
The 23-year-old singleton has since been welcomed home by his Boyzone singer dad, who wrote on Instagram: ‘Good to have the beast home with his family.’
