Six more games are available for free until July 13 for Amazon Prime members, including the Mass Effect remasters and three Star Wars games.

Since it’s Amazon Prime Day, there’s currently a number of video games that are discounted across Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch. However, Amazon Prime members get to enjoy the added benefit of a select number of games for free, including ones that currently aren’t discounted.

For this year, Prime Gaming is offering a whopping 30 of these free games. Most of them have been available since late June and consist of smaller indie games.

Now that Prime Day is here, six additional releases can now be claimed by Amazon Prime members, and it seems like this year is going for a hybrid racing/sci-fi theme.

We’ve got two racing games, three retro Star Wars re-releases, and a certain trilogy of beloved BioWare sci-fi role-players.

As a reminder, you can only download these games for PC; there’s no option for the console versions. Plus, you only have today and tomorrow to download them. They, and the indie games, will become unavailable after Wednesday, July 13.

Mass Effect Legendary Edition

Easily the biggest pull of the bunch, this contains remasters of all three original Mass Effect games. This epic space opera remains a classic for a reason, offering great combat and characters, with your decisions carrying over between games. Now’s the perfect time to experience the trilogy yourself, now that BioWare’s working on a new entry.

Need For Speed Heat

The most recent entry in EA’s street racing series, we found Need For Speed Heat to be the best Need For Speed game in years when it came out. What it lacks in original ideas it makes up for with solid arcade style gameplay and surprisingly good visuals. It may also get you excited for the next Need For Speed, which is in development and previously rumoured to be out this year.

GRID Legends

If you prefer your racing games to be more grounded and in a professional environment, then you’ll much prefer GRID Legends. Your mileage may vary when it comes to the story mode and its live action cut scenes, but the racing itself remains top notch, with excellent car physics and mountains of content to enjoy.

Star Wars Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast

If the wait for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is too much for you, Prime Gaming has three retro Star Wars games that can keep you busy till then. The first is Star Wars Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast which, much like Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, has you play as a former Jedi, although you get to use blasters as well as lightsabers as you reclaim your Jedi powers.

Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy

The direct sequel to Jedi Outcast, Jedi Academy is set after the original trilogy of movies and puts you in control of a fledging Jedi attending a school run by Luke Skywalker himself. To this date, some say this has the best lightsaber combat in any Star Wars game, with it also praised for its character and lightsaber customisation options.

Star Wars: Republic Commando

A rare example of a tactical shooter in the Star Wars universe, Star Wars: Republic Commando garnered quite the cult following, who insist it’s one of the best Star Wars games ever made – although it hasn’t really aged very well. Rather than a Jedi, you control a squad of clone soldiers as you complete missions during the time of the Clone Wars. It’s almost worth experiencing to see how much of an impact it had on the wider franchise, particularly with how the clones would be portrayed in other media.
