However, when she was back in Primark, she hunted out the bras and the crop tops to show the difference – or lack of – between the two.
“This is just to make a point…” she said in a video on TikTok.
“You tell me what the difference is between this top here – this crop top which is in the clothing section – and these tops, which are in the lingerie section, right?
“Because I wear them as crop tops.

“I seriously got stick for buying these because apparently they are bras but quite frankly I don’t see the difference – even the material looks the same.
“So, you know, educate yourself.”
She continued to insist that the “only difference” between the two is the cut of the top.
“One is more of a V-neck, more low cut, and the other is more of a round neck.”

Concluding, Roxie stated: “Moral of the story is, just wear what the f**k you want and stop telling people what they should and shouldn’t wear.”
The Wireless Bralettes in Primark come in a set of three for £10, while the crop tops are £3 each.
People in the comments section were largely on Roxie’s side, as they insisted they would do the same.
“I wear crop tops when it’s hot,” one wrote.
“I even go out in my bra outside – it’s too warm to wear a top.”
“I wear the pj crop tops as normal tops,” another added.
While a third agreed, writing: “I wore my underwear sets on holiday as bikinis.”
“I have the “PJ” version of the same style and wear them as tops all the time,” someone else commented.
“Absolutely no difference.”
However, others argued that there are differences between the two.
“The crop top is suppose to be thicker material or double layered,” one wrote.

As another added: “One’s a tad longer.”
“They have the ribbed ones in the pj section but they have a lining in them so I wear the pj version,” a third commented.
