Whether your favourites are Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield or you prefer Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary, Brits can’t resist a bit of This Morning.
The popular morning talk show covers everything from celebrity news to uplifting real life stories, like the boy who went to prom in a dress.
The show also covers everything from Mrs Hinch’s cleaning tips to recipes and more, and it’s been going since 1988.
Fans will know that sometimes the crew film segments out in the sunshine or take things on the road, but where is the main filming location for This Morning?
Where is This Morning filmed?
Despite being a tentpole show for ITV, they actually film This Morning at the BBC Television Centre in West London’s White City.
They’ve filmed This Morning in White City since April 16, 2018, after ITV decided to sublet a studio space from BBC Studioworks in the Television Centre.
The move came after ITV left its previous home in the South Bank Studios in Waterloo.
The studio was set to undergo refurbishment, so plenty of other ITV staples moved along with This Morning, including Good Morning Britain, Loose Women and Lorraine.

This Morning’s previous filming locations might surprise a few people – primarily because it was outside of London.
While most would assume the show has always been in the capital, This Morning’s original home was Albert Dock, in Liverpool.
The series filmed there from 1988 to 1996, with tele icons Judy Finnigan and Richard Madeley presenting the show live from the North West.
