Advertising the sparkling swimwear on their Instagram page, Fashion Nova found themselves inundated with comments, with people having something of a mixed reaction to the bikini.

The ‘Money On My Mind’ bikini features a rhinestone thong bottom, and the brand recommends it for “poolside use – not water.”
The bikini, which originally cost £77, and is now in the sale for £22 – although it is sold out in a number of sizes.
Many Instagram fashionistas were saying similar things about the rhinestone thong, with one writing: “That looks painful!”
“My buttcheeks hurt just looking @ this,” added another.

While a third commented: “That looks pokey lol.”
One fashion fan did concede that while it may look painful, it is certainly glamorous: “I feel the pain of actually wearing it just by looking at it but am I currently drooling over this…”
And while there were some naysayers, the bikini does seem to have some fans, with one commenting: “You can’t tell me this isn’t the prettiest thong in the world.”
The product reviews for the bikini are also full of love for it.

“Super nice. My husband loved it,” wrote another.
And for those who did find a problem with their purchase, these seem to be all be over the size of the top, rather than the rhinestone bottoms.
“I’m 5’3 and 150 pounds with 38dd. Although this was too small for my breast this bikini is still beautiful. The material it’s thick, soft and looks amazing in pictures,” wrote a customer.

Another agreed with this adding that the bottoms actually fit quite well.
This isn’t the first time Fashion Nova have caused a stir with their bikinis, one recently had fans saying you might as well wear nothing instead.
