Sam Fender had a very special, if not surprising, guest on his recent festival set.
The musician was joined on-stage by none other than Barry from EastEnders (aka actor Shaun Williamson).
Fans went wild as the soaps actor stormed onto the stage at Sam’s set for the recent Truck festival in Oxfordshire, with the unlikely duo performing a duet together.
Shaun and Sam teamed up for a special rendition of Getting Started, both expertly jumping around the stage as Shaun showed off his hidden musical ability.
It’s unclear whether Sam had planned to have Shaun join him on stage before the festival, or whether it was a kind of genius last-minute idea.
However what is clear is that the performers had a fantastic time.

At the end of the duet, rocker Sam embraced Shaun in a hug and planted a kiss on his cheek, with the crowd going crazy for the moment.
Sam later took to Twitter where he shared a video montage of his set from the festival and thanked Shaun for joining him.
He wrote: ‘Shout out to the one and only @ShaunWilliamson (Barry from Eastenders) for joining us on stage… what a roar!
The moment has since gone viral on social media, with fans of both Sam and Shaun praising the lads for their duet.
‘Super! What a pair of legends,’ one person wrote.
Another joked: ‘Barry gets everywhere.’
‘Well this is iconic,’ one said, with another wrote: ‘Incredible. That’s the sort of content you need to see on a rainy Sunday afternoon.’
Actor Shaun is best-known for portraying Barry Evans on the BBC One soap, with his time on the show coming to an end in 2004.

While it may have been close to 20 years since Shaun appeared on the soap, his storyline- and his untimely demise – means he remains one of the show’s most iconic characters.
He played the role of the luckless and ultimately ill-fated Barry for the best part of a decade, before being killed off at the hands of his wife, Janine Butcher.
