We can’t wait for this.

Love Island: When might the Meet The Parents episode air?-Charlotte Manning-Entertainment – Metro

Love Island fans are desperate to watch the islanders’ families enter the villa to reunite with their loved ones, but when will they appear on-screen?

We’ve only got a few days left until one of the remaining five couples will be crowned winners of this year’s series of Love Island.

As things draw to a close, the duos have continued to be tested through the Baby Challenge, as well as tonight, which will see each pair choose the two least compatible remaining pairings.

However, there have been some more fun moments, with their final mega dates taking place today and during last night’s episode.

What fans really want to see is their nearest and dearest enter the villa, in order to grill the couples about their journey during series eight of the hit dating show.

But when will see those closest to the remaining contestants enter the villa ahead of the finale?

When might the Meet The Parents episode air?

It’s not been officially confirmed, but with just three episodes left, it’s likely Meet The Parents will air either tonight, or on Sunday.

Earlier this week, Ekin-Su’s little brother Arda shared a snap of himself poolside, while another shot showed him and his mother travelling together in a taxi.

This means it’s likely the Meet The Parents segment could actually feature tonight, due to the fact it looks to have already been filmed.

Elsewhere, fans who were excited to see Gemma Owen’s dad, footballing legend Michael Owen, on-screen, will be left disappointed.

He previously confirmed he won’t be making the trip to Majorca, and her mum Louise will be doing the honours instead.

Speaking to Sky Sports At The Races after watching his horse Box To Box run, Michael said: ‘My wife will do that duty. I’ll represent the horses and she’ll represent the daughter.’

We’re just buzzing to see the legend that is Tasha Ghouri’s dad, Tarek, tbh.

When is the Love Island final?

There isn’t long left to enjoy the islanders causing chaos around the villa, as the final is set to air next week.

The finale, which will see one couple crowned the winners, will be broadcast live on Monday, August 1.

It’ll be an extended version too, beginning at the usual time of 9pm, and ending at 10.35pm.

Laura will be on hand to host the episode, with an audience of fans allowed to enter the villa to help wrap up the series.

The bumper episode typically sees the public cast their vote on the four remaining couples, deciding their favourite romance and choosing who they want to win the £50,000 cash prize.

The winning pair can then either choose to split the money equally between them, or steal, meaning one person takes all the cash.

This hasn’t ever happened before, but there is always a first for everything…

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
