The release of Britney Spears’ tell-all memoir has reportedly been delayed by a paper shortage.
Singer Britney was reported to be writing a no-holds-barred book about her life after she was freed from controversial conservatorship in November last year.
She was understood to have clinched a book deal worth around $15 million (£11m), which would be one of the biggest-ever, behind only the Obama’s memoirs.
According to Page Six at the time, Britney, who recently married Sam Asghari, had reached a huge deal with Simon and Schuster after a ‘bidding war’ between multiple major publishing companies.
However it’s now being reported that the memoir’s release date has been delayed due to a ‘paper shortage.’
According to TMZ, Britney’s book is all finished and ready to go – but for the small fact there is not enough paper to go around.

A supply issue is reportedly delaying the project from being released, with a source telling the outlet there is now no firm date on when the book will launch as it is unclear when the paper shortage will be resolved.
The source added that Britney and the publishing company had initially planned on a January release date for the book.
Paper shortages have hit the US and the wider world for months, thanks to pandemic-related supply chain disruptions and people leaving their roles in factories.
It means fans will have to wait a little longer to get their hands on the tell-all memoir, but it will certainly be worth the wait.

Britney’s life has been completely in the spotlight since she was a young teenager, but there’s still plenty the public don’t know.
However in recent months, the star has begun speaking out on social media against how she was treated by her family.
The mum-of-two had previously called out younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears for her book, Things I Should Have Said, accusing her of selling her book at Britney’s expense.
Jamie Lynn later pleaded with the Circus star to end their feud, after a back-and-forth on social media.

’Britney – Just call me, I have attempted many times to speak to you directly and handle this privately like sisters should, but you still choose to do everything on a public platform,’ she urged.
‘In the meantime, please stop continuing the narrative that I haven’t been there for you or that I’m making things up.’
