Love Island producers have previously given Casa Amor a secret code name to stop their plans for the show from being leaked.

The hugely popular twist in the annual series generally sees the boys split from the girls as they enter a new villa full of fresh faces and fresh temptation.

Meanwhile, the girls stay in the main villa – while a new crew of guys arrives to try and entice them away from their partners.

Now Love Island’s Creative Director has revealed some of the tricks of the trade when it comes to organising the dramatics.

Tom Gould took to Reddit this week where he did an Ask Me Anything, allowing fan to ask questions they’ve always wanted to know about the series.

One person asked what Tom’s favourite season of the show to work on was, and if there was any ‘particualar moment’ that stood out the most.

Responding, Tom admitted his favourite memory was working on Casa Amor for the very first time.

He wrote: ‘Developing the first ever Casa Amor was really exciting as there was so much secrecy around it.

‘We even had a secret code name for it!’

Unfortunately for us, Tom didn’t divulge the secret code name – we’ll have to pile on at the next Reddit AMA.

This year’s Casa Amor had a slight twist on other years, with the girls heading on to the new villa while the boys stayed at home, greeted by new bombshells.

The 2022 series is just days away from the final, with the £50,000 prize creeping ever closer.

Two couples are in danger of being dumped ahead of the finale after a shock twist saw Islanders forced to nominate the two couples they think are the least compatible together.

Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti came in with the most votes, followed by Gemma Owen and Luca Bish.

Meanwhile, Paige Thorne and Adam Collard got two votes, and Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Plage got one

The only pairing who didn’t receive any votes were Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope, meaning their place in the Majorcan villa is safe.
