Love Island’s Luke Trotman ‘engaged’ to Chelsea Menna after short romance – months after split from Siannise Fudge-Rebecca Sayce-Entertainment – Metro

Love is in the air not only for the stars in the final of this year’s Love Island as former star Luke Trotman is now reportedly engaged to girlfriend Chelsea Menna following a whirlwind three-month romance.

The former footballer, 25, is said to have asked his girlfriend to marry him last month.

Luke was a runner-up on the ITV2 show’s winter series with ex-girlfriend Siânnise Fudge, who he split up with six months ago.

A source told MailOnline: ‘It was love at first sight with Luke and Chelsea.

‘Their romance blossomed overnight into a serious relationship and although it’s not been long, they both know they’re the one for each other.

‘Luke has made London feel like home for Chelsea who’s from Australia and they’re very happy together.’

Luke and Chelsea now live together in Battersea, London – the same one the ex-Islander once shared with Siânnise and their dog Nala.

The engaged couple now have a pooch of their own, a golden cocker spaniel called Tequila.

The Love Island duo were a fan favourite couple during the 2020 Winter series, forming a strong bond that survived Casa Amor and saw them make it all the way to the final.

The couple missed out on the top prize, however, with Paige Turley and Finley Tapp walking away the winners.

Despite Luke moving on, Siânnise recently denied rumours that she is dating again.

Appearing on Aftersun earlier this year, she told host Laura Whitmore: ‘Well guys, I’m sorry to disappoint, but I’m not dating at the moment I’m actually just enjoying me.

‘I’m all about the self-love and I’m just concentrating on myself.

‘I’ve been spending a lot of time with family at home I’ve got a new baby niece now and she’s absolutely gorgeous.’

Metro.co.uk has approached Luke’s representatives for comment.
