There’s no such thing as a quiet dinner out with the family if you’re Noel Gallagher as the Oasis star was serenaded by all of the other diners to his own song Wonderwall.
Noel was filmed sitting in a beachside restaurant with his family as the owners began blaring the band’s hit song through the speakers.
Looking slightly awkward, Noel was surrounded by other diners who broke into song, with some even standing up and clapping along to the track.
It wasn’t even just the human patrons who got involved however, as some dogs were also heard wailing along in the background too.
Noel was seen smiling as his wife, Sara MacDonald, captured the moment by videoing it all on her phone as they sat round the table together.
Getting into the spirit of the moment, Noel was also seen applauding the diners’ rendition of his own song as it reached an end.
Fans joked: ‘I get the same feeling Noel is experiencing when the restaurant decides to sing me happy birthday’ and ‘Poor guy just trying to enjoy his holiday.’
Another wrote: ‘all they songs they could have chosen, and they choose Wonderwall…..in which Liam is lead vocals, ffs lads, one job!’

Others added: ‘Nice gesture but he looked like he wanted to disappear’ and ‘One of the drawbacks of fame, I suppose. Looked as cool as when a cake appears in a restaurant along with ‘Happy Birthday to you…’’
The impromptu performance comes ahead of the 25th anniversary reissue of Oasis’s third album Be Here Now.
The record, which was originally released in August 1997, will be re-released on August 19 with remastered audio.
Noel isn’t the only Gallagher brother to have enjoyed Wonderwall in the wild, as just over six years ago his estranged brother Liam was seen joining fans for an impromptu 3am rendition of the track while on holiday in Malta.
