Love Island’s Ekin-Su Culculoglu and Davide Sanclimenti have a table waiting for them at PizzaExpress in Essex for their first date outside of the villa, should they be up for it.
The two lovebirds were crowned winners of the 2022 edition of the ITV2 dating show, with Michael Owen’s daughter Gemma Owen landing the runner-up spot alongside Luca Bish.
Although Ekin-Su and Davide are now £50,000 richer and have plans to jet to Italy, the restaurant chain is so eager to open them both with open arms that their Loughton branch in Essex, close to the actress’s home, has reserved them a spot for the next two weeks.
Waiting staff have decorated a table, complete with a place holder with their names on it and two plates of tiramisu, in preparation for their arrival.
Fans of the show will of course remember how Davide made the Turkish delight a homemade tiramisu when he asked her to be exclusive, and now the restaurant chain has renamed the dessert TiramiEkin-Su in her honour.
To celebrate the couple’s win, PizzaExpress has launched a new date night deal offering every club member two classic pizzas for just £12 between now and August 14.

Millions of people tuned in to watch Ekin-Su and Davide be crowned the winners of Love Island series eight on Monday night.
According to overnight figures from the broadcaster, an average of 2.9million tuned into ITV2, beating last year’s final which raked in 2.8million.
Speaking in disbelief after being named the public’s favourite couple, Ekin-Su said: ‘Thank you everyone for voting [for] us and thank you for making us who we are.’

Jumping in, Davide added: ‘I didn’t expect it. I still don’t believe it.’
‘I can’t believe it,’ Ekin-Su agreed. ‘I think everyone’s winners in here and I just feel really lucky to be here.’
The couple, who had a volatile and passionate relationship in the Majorcan villa, beat runners up Gemma Owen and Luca Bish, and Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope, who finished in third place.
Tasha Ghouri, the ITV2 programme’s first-ever deaf contestant, and Andrew Le Page, came in fourth place.
Love Island returns in January to ITV2.
