Paige Thorne and Jacques O’Neill still ‘have not spoken’ since leaving Love Island, reveals pal Antigoni Buxton-Charlotte Manning-Entertainment – Metro

Love Island’s Paige Thorne and Jacques O’Neill haven’t yet managed to have a much-needed catch-up since Love Island came to an end, according to Antigoni Buxton.
Paramedic Paige, 24, and ex-pro rugby player Jacques, 23, coupled up in the Villa after he entered as a bombshell early on in the series.
Romance blossomed until she was told of his various Casa Amor antics by fellow islander, Cheyanne Kerr, 23.
Days later, Jacques made an explosive exit from the Villa, having since dubbed the show the ‘worst decision of my life.’
While the sporting ace was determined to wait for Paige, she moved on with Adam Collard, 26, and the pair quickly struck up a solid bond, making it all the way to the penultimate night.
Now, their fellow islander Antigoni Buxton, 26, has confirmed the former flames haven’t spoken since both left the Villa.

At the show’s wrap party, she shared: ‘I saw Paige last night, and they’ve not spoken, no.’
’I am really happy for Paige though and I do want the best for her. She’s amazing and she was one of my really good friends in there so whatever makes her happy is good for me.’

Meanwhile, she’s also been quashing rumours she herself is enjoying a flirtation with Jacques, after becoming close in recent weeks.
After the pair shared a snap of them treating their mothers to brunch, and were snapped enjoying themselves in Manchester last week, excited fans have been wondering whether something was brewing.
But she added to Mail Online: ‘Me and Jacques are definitely not a thing. People can’t believe that a boy and girl can just be friends.’
Meanwhile, fellow contestant Charlie Radnedge, 28, also denied Antigoni and Jaques were dating amid increased speculation.

After a fan questioned their relationship status on TikTok, Charlie said: ‘Antigoni and Jacques are definitely not dating, they’re just good friends.
‘Everyone keeps on asking this at the moment. Similar to myself and Antigoni, we’re securely in the friend zone.’
