The Big Breakfast is back and more huge names have been added to the line-up – including Love Island winners Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti.

The current reigning champions of Love Island will be joining hosts Mo Gilligan and AJ Odudu as well as a stellar line-up of guests.

Fresh off their victory against Germany at the Euros, two of the Lionesses, Ella Toone and Alessia Russo, have also been confirmed as guests for the first episode, airing on Saturday.

The guest line-up will also feature The Big Breakfast icon Denise Van Outen, actor Daniel Kaluuya, comedian and presenter Joel Dommett, rapper Aitch and chef Big Has.

AJ revealed on Sunday Brunch that fans have a lot to look forward to, explaining: ‘It’s going to be TV mayhem but in the most magical beautiful way.’

Mo added: ‘We’re creating a party in the morning and it’s a great way to start off your weekend. You forget its live TV because we’re just having fun and it can go anywhere… if someone falls in the pool, then they fall in the pool!’

The Big Breakfast returned last year for a one-off, and fans will get to see four live summer episodes this year.

Loose Women’s Judi Love will also be returning to interview guests On The Bed, while Melvin Odoom and Harriet Rose will treat the British public to a game of Hot Sausage on the streets.

Big Breakfast newsreader Phil Gayle will also be back to deliver the morning’s headlines, too.

Denise also told The Sun that she was eager to return, revealing: ‘I spent some of the happiest times of my career on The Big Breakfast and I’m so excited to be popping in to see the brilliant AJ and Mo for the first show of the new series.

‘I can’t think of a better way to kick-start my Saturday.’

The Big Breakfast returns to Channel 4 on Saturday, August 13 at 10am.
