Christine McGuinness has hailed the healing power of watching the sunset as she thanks fans for support amid her split from husband Paddy McGuinness.
The reality icon, 34, and Top Gear star, 48, announced in July that they had separated after 11 years of marriage.
They explained that they are still living together in the family home, with their ‘main focus’ on ‘ to continue loving and supporting our children.’
The former couple share twins Penelope and Leo, nine, and Felicity, six, all of whom have autism which can make them struggle to understand or deal with change.
It’s understandably been a difficult time for Christine and the family, but the mum-of-three appears to be ‘healing’ as she spent some alone time in nature.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Christine appeared to channel her inner Britney Spears as she shared a montage of her posing happily at the beach in a bikini.

The video, taken in sunkissed Devon, ended with a shot of an incredible blood-red sunset disappearing over the horizon.
In a caption alongside the video, Christine noted that ‘solo sunset are a healer.’
Teasing fans about an upcoming project, she said she felt ‘blessed’ to have ‘worked on something special this week in such a stunning part of England.’
She added: ‘My passion lead me to peace.
‘After a heavy thinking day I took some time out on my own and reminded myself how temporary time is and how precious life is.
‘Grateful for this night.’

Taking to her stories, Christine also shared a new snap of the sunset over the ocean and smooth pebbles arranged in the shape of a heart with her initials inside.
She wrote: ‘Thank you to every single one of you who have checked in on me recently. I appreciate you.’
The star went on, in a second post: ‘I know I’m being quieter on here, I hope to be back properly soon.
‘I’m just needing time out, thinking lots, life is short, unpredictable and sometimes crazy.’

She revealed her beloved grandmother died recently, admitting ‘it’s hit me harder than I ever imagined.’
‘Then my dad turned 60,’ she went on.
‘If you have read my story you will understand why this is huge. I can’t help but wonder how he made it this far.
‘But I’m so grateful he is still here, even with his struggles, I’m thankful for that.’
In an optimistic note, Christine continued: ‘Anyway, life is crazy, we’re halfway through the school summer holidays, again, if you know you know!’ I’m slightly exhausted!’
Christine finished her message by adding she was ‘happy, healthy and grateful for life.’

Last year, Christine released memoir A Beautiful Nightmare, in which she discussed her difficult childhood.
She revealed her father, Johnny, struggled with heroin addiction for 30 years, with her believing he chose the drug over his children.
She wrote: ‘I saw my dad inject heroin. As a teenager, I struggled with his addiction. I blamed myself. When I became a mum. I kept thinking about how he chose drugs over his own kids.

‘But as I’ve gotten older, I’ve realised it wasn’t as simple a choice for him. Addiction is an illness.’
She went on to say that Johnny’s drug addiction was the reason Christine’s mother Joanne left him, after Christine crawled over one of his needles as a toddler.
Despite pledging to get clean on numerous occasions, Johnny is still addicted to heroin, and has faced having his legs amputated in the past due to abscesses caused by unsanitary needles.
