Joe Rogan fiercely defended the right to abortion in a heated debate on his podcast, the Joe Rogan Experience.
In the latest episode of his series, the controversial commentator was joined by Seth Dillon, CEO of right-wing website Babylon Bee.
During the installment, talk turned to abortion and Roe v Wade, after the US Supreme Court overturned the federal right to termination, and left states to set their own regulations.
Discussing the move, Rogan – who is dad to two daughters – made his feelings on the topic known when he insisted: ‘There’s also women who have been raped, who should not have to f**king carry some rapist’s baby.
‘There’s women who have been sexually assaulted before the age of 14.’
‘There are also though, and I’m not going to argue with you on that point – but I will say there are people who have been born of rape and are alive right now and are pro-life,’ Dillon hit back.

‘They go around speaking, talking about how, “I had a right to live” and they will go out there and make an argument, a pro-life case.
‘And they’re born of a rape.’
Having none of the argument, the host fumed: ‘You don’t have the right to tell a 14-year-old girl [that] she has to carry a rapist’s baby.
‘Do you understand that?’
‘You don’t have the right to tell my 14-year-old daughter, she has to carry her rapist’s baby.

Ending the discussion, his guest added: ‘I don’t think two wrongs make a right. I don’t think murder is an answer to…
‘I don’t think murder fixes a rape.’
Roe v Wade was overturned earlier this year, leading to protests across the US and around the world.
In a landmark vote, the court ruled in favor of the state of Mississippi in the case of Dobbs v Jackson Women’s Health Organization, allowing the state to ban most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy, and effectively striking down the court’s 1973 ruling in Roe that legalized abortion nationwide.

The move means that states are able to set their own regulations regarding abortions.
Earlier this month, Kansas became the first area to vote on abortion rights and rejected a measure to alter the state constitution to say there was no right to an abortion in the state.
As a result, Kansas will maintain more lenient laws than its conservative neighboring states.
The state allows abortion up to 22 weeks of pregnancy, but has several restrictions including a mandatory 24-hour waiting period and mandatory parental consent for minors.
President Joe Biden celebrated the news at the time, sharing a statement which read: ‘This vote makes clear what we know: the majority of Americans agree that women should have access to abortion and should have the right to make their own health care decisions.’
