Clarkson’s Farm, Peaky Blinders and The Great British Bake Off are among the shows to receive nods at the National Television Awards 2022.
The full list of nominations for the starry event has been revealed, with categories including ‘Talent Show Judge’ and ‘Returning Drama.’
Hosting the NTA’s for a second time is comedian Joel Dommett, who took over the reins from previous presenter David Walliams last year.
Famous faces from the world of television will descend on London’s Wembley Arena on September 15 in the hopes of winning a gong.
Unlike other awards, the NTA is voted by the general public, rather than industry bigwigs, making the winners undoubtedly feel celebrated by viewers at home.
Battling it out in the ‘New Drama’ category is BBC medical drama This Is Going To Hurt, Time, LGBTQ+ romance series Heartstopper and the Vicky McClure-starring Triggerpoint.
Elsewhere Kate Garraway, Katie Price, Paddy and Christine McGuiness, who recently broke up, Tom Parker and Julia Bradbury are all up for the best ‘Authored Documentary.’
